Service USB scannerThis small sized and light weight bar code laser scanner with auto-triggering feature will automatically scan a bar code as soon as the label is detected by the scanner. The use of laser technology makes this handheld scanner more flexible than the traditional CCD scanner, as this scanner will scan at touch and at distance. This ability to scan from varying distances means that the user has a tool to read varying bar code label widths by just moving the scanner a bit further or closer to the label. Slightly curved labels can also be read.

If "Hands Free Scanning" is preferred, the scanner can be placed on the supplied auto-trigger stand. The scanner is configured for operating on Macintosh computers with OS9 or OSX. Every input made by the scanner works like coming from the keyboard, thus no special driver is necessary.
